Print sale to help fund Judicial Review

227x298mm \ £45.00 \ Open edition

Whitewebbs Park in Enfield is under threat from development - just the latest example of public space being given over to corporate interests. This council-owned municipal golf course was returned to public use and rewilded to parkland. In 2025, Enfield Council approved a scheme to lease over 50% of the parkland to Tottenham Hotspur for them to develop another training facility, a decision that will see the removal of 207 trees.

Enfield Council agreed a lease of 25 years for just £2m. A stitch-up between a rotten borough and an offshore-owned football club that will see this public space destroyed forever.

The print sale is to help fund the judicial review into the leasing of this space. The proceeds of this sale will go towards meeting the stretch target of £30k.

This black and white print is of the cluster of giant redwoods that sit in the centre of the park. It was made as part of a much larger project about the closures of UK golf courses as generational money moves from leisure to care. This giclée print made is from a digital scan of a 6x7 film negative. The sale is for the print only, not framed.
